Greenhouse News

On my regular late night slug hunt, I’ve just been round the garden and into the green house where I found a couple of the little pests which I despatched with relish. I also spotted a red tomato, my first this year. Well, not very red yet but greenish-red so it’s a start!

Do slugs have taste buds?

It’s been a warm sunny day today and very pleasant but more rain is due tomorrow. I was thinking of cutting the grass but it’s longish and tufty and one sunny day isn’t going to make it dry enough to cut with my antediluvian mower.
