More on wine
I’ve transferred the gooseberry wine to a couple of plastic bottles and thought it would be good to taste it to see how it’s going.
Not too bad. Not as sweet as the plum (too sweet, not much ‘kick’) or raspberry (nice, but probably also not much alcohol) so it’s a bit more like normal [...]
